The fabulous Ian Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 I keep hearing a lot about a new hookah lounge opening up in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. The ones this city has got so far stink, so a new one would be welcome. Does anyone from around the area know anything about this?It's not Hukka's, Zeeba's, and it's not ICE or Tobbacco Center Cafe from out in Towson.
