ricky024
ok guys i'm almost there i just got all my accessories in wow i'm so happy and sort of a little pissed (will explain in a lil bit)i got a nammor hose, phunnel bowl, foil, glow balls, pinapple shisha, chocolate shisha, ice chamber, hose adapter, heba diffuser and screen. couple problems: 1. i'm not really sure hose to use the phunnel bowl, pack it for the first time tired it for about 30 mins cloud and taste very very terrible.2. the ice chamber wont fit 3. the heba diffuser wouldn't fit but i did some work and it works now 4. hookah company said after 50 bucks before shipping they send a free grape tub and i was ok i'll 50 bucks worth. sadly i opened the box to a 250 box of nakahl mixed fruit. awsome flavor but i already have 2 boxes of it.5.i got the japense easy light coals. the ones that are shaped like tablets and the damn thing wont light6. and last but not least i got the blue and green pack of hookah cubes and sadly the blue is very very light the green over powers it and you can barely see it
arik
nakhla mixed fruits is pretty much the worst nakhla flavour.

Hobocans
haha. Man, some sultan flavors are just wretched. Strawberry being amongst the worst. Have to disagree on the Nahkla double apple: Thats a staple in the Middle East hookah bars, and I think it tastes and smokes great. Its kind of like that flavor that is fun to go back to, to remember your first hookah hit.Sorry about the poor performance ricky. Getting a great hookah setup is something that is earned. Its pretty hard to get it right the first time. Keep experimenting and you'll get it. The Phunnel is the case and point, just work with it, read some of the board to get ideas, and find what works for you, your hookah and your tobacco. Good luck! leadpipecinch21
the japanese coals are kinda sketch when it comes to lighting. some i've been able to light with a regular lighter, and some i haven't even been able to light with a butane jet lighter. something that a lot of people have said to do is use your stove to light them...either gas or let them sit on top of an electric stove. Kae
I've never had a problem with the Japanese coals. I have an electric stove, and I just set them on there for a couple minutes on each side. Not TOO long, because then the coal tends to break in half; I find it best to get it fairly well lit on the stove, and then blow on it for a minute to get it red all over.Oh, wait....I take that back. I had one problem. Once, when we lifted the coal off the burner, and moved it to the hookah, the coal shattered into 98574395795679276 teeny pieces, and now our kitchen floor is sporting a fine dalmation look >:O We're a little over half way into our 3rd box of these, and that was the only time anything like that has happened ~.^
SafeSearchOff
to light the coals, hold them over a gas stove for 1-2 minutes, mainly exposing the black parts of the coal to the flame, the silver parts will light more as you pull. im gonna agree with hobocans, Nakhla Double Apple is like industry standard, not a great flavor, but a good starter shisha and then you go back ot it now and then and reminisce...what kind of hookah do u have? the ice chamber says it will specifically fit mod hookahs from their site...use search of packing the phunnel, once you get the hang of it (1 or 2 tries), youll get thick thick thick clouds.and lastly, i dont think hookahcubes was a good invesment. i can make one of those (not plastic, but strong and cheap) easily, you need a circular battery, the ones that ar flat, like hearing aid batteries, just bigger, and 2 led's. attatch the led's to the battery, duct tape, electrical tape, or solder the led's to the battery, and then just vaccum seal them in a small bag, if you dont havea vacuum sealer, get something to hold it in and silicone glue it shut... either way, why do you want to color the water of your hookah? it doesnt affect anything, and most bases are tinted, so its just adding a little color. the product just doesnt "click" for me... i dunno... leadpipecinch21
maybe i got a bad batch of coals then? i've had some horrible luck with coals in the past, for some unexplained reason, but whatever...it's chill. i've had this box of japs sitting here for 6 months or so...maybe i'll give them another shot at some point...
