ctsmo
well tomorrow is when i make my decision. my mom wants me to go another local arab store to check out their selection tomorrow before i order my hookah from the internet. i have been reading peoples reviews about hookahcompany and im kinda wary if i shoul buy from there now. i know the hookah is a bargain so should i be expecting a pos and what are the general quality of the hookahs? also i was reading somewhere on here that someone said the hookah claimed to be stainless steel and its not. is this true? cause i dont wanna be cleaning the stem with water then find out its rusted out.http://www.hookahcompany.com/stainless_sap...h_1910_prd1.htmthanks
Allia22
Well, as far as we know, there are no real stainless stem hookahs due to the insane costs it would have. If you take good care of it, then it should last you a long time regardless.
ctsmo
how have peoples not rusted then as ive seen people say on this bord that they submerge their hookah in hot water, etc.
bigmac2201
I would not purchase again from hookahcompany.com. I ordered the red sangria, and they sent me a cheaper blue version (perhaps due to the forum discount). I ordered a tub of apple shisha, and they sent me mocha. This blue hookah was rusted through the stem and the purge valve ball bearing was immovable (maybe rusted shut or just jammed). I took a chisel to it to get it out and ended up breaking the whole damn thing. I cut my losses and ended up buying a Mya acrylic from mnhookahs.com, glad I did, oh and they got the apple right too. cheers,Big Mac

ctsmo
so is the hookah in my link going to rust if i clean the stem with water and lemon juice as many have done on these forums?
KillZedKill
I had a similar experience with HC, Ordered the rainbow shag hookah, ended up with a rainbow paint chipped piece of ugly hookah shit. They wouldnt replace it, only take it back and give me store credit. But I'd have to pay for shipping, and a 10% restocking fee. Something H-S would never do.
