The Syrian hookas have the real elegant looking hoses (shiek...if i got that wrong, please forgive me) and are not a brightly coloured as the Egyptian. While the Egypians have the cobra hoses and are a little more astetically (sp?) pleasing IMO. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MR Bubble Posted July 9, 2005 Share Posted July 9, 2005 From my limited experience with Syrian style hookahs I'm convinced the Egyptian machines smoke a little better. The water bases seem to be a tad larger on the egyptians, causing a cooler smoke. As for the hoses, You can find any Egyptian hookah with any hose out there. If you get a good Quality Egyptian machine, it will be very rugged. Oh, I'm about to work on that project for you and will PM some links.
