Victim026
The qt's are nice, they look beautiful and function amazingly. So hopefully you shouldn't be disappointed. Now I'm not entirely familiar with the 2 hose version but if its like alot of mya's then it will have an auto seal system in place so that you don't have to plug anything at all. As for the subject of the 16 yr. olds, it would probably depend on your location. If your anywhere in the states then yes it's illegal, so if you do do it(although I'm not promoting underage smoking) make sure you do it inside the safety of one of your homes.... Victim026
Ok well if it's florida law then I know what I'm talking about as I'm originally from Ft. Lauderdale. It is indeed illegal for the minors to smoke, so I would suggest sticking to smoking inside your homes and out of the public eye if you still intend to smoke together despite the fact that it's illegal. The King
In Colorado you could not get in trouble for smoking, but you could for buying, distributing to minors, and all that stuff. Here in South Dakota its illegal for a minor to smoke
Sonthert
Welcome to the Forum. Laws are there for a reason (good or bad). Choose to try and get around them and cops/authorities are never too happy. Proceed at your own risk.
hookah hippie
First question more then likely your hookah will come with something allowing you to plug up a port and turn your hookah into a single hose. On the subject of underage smoking it is illegal and if a cop asks for the ID of your friends the cop can write up a ticket for underage smoking and might possibly give you a ticket for suppling the tobacco to minors. Jackie Treehorn
Correct me if I am wrong, but from what I have gathered over the Internet, the Mya QT has "auto-seal" hoses, which basically means the hoses have integral one-way valves which allows smoke to come out through the holes but prevents air from coming in, allowing one user to draw without requiring the other user to seal his hose, either by drawing himself or covering the tip with his thumb. Therefore, even though most multihose hookahs are sold with stoppers for unused hoses, they are not really required for the Mya.On a related note, I have seen a forumer here complain about his QT having poor grommets, giving a subpar seal. Would that be a rare manufacturing defect, or is this more or less common with QTs?
Sonthert
The valves on the QT work well? I've never seen an autoseal that works well.I've never seen a two-hose QT, either. Only one-hose varieties. Edited August 27, 2007 by Sonthert

Dekon
Well. After almost two weeks of waiting for my hookah i finally got in touch with hookah-shisha's customer service which was better than i expected. For some reason they never shipped the order and kept it on hold untill i finally asked them about the shipment. Read below if you're interested.QUOTE Hookah and Shisha Central: Welcome to The Hookah and Shisha Central and our online chat service, how may I help you? you: My friend ordered a hookah from this website probably 12 or 13 days ago. you: He had to ask live help what was wrong with the order because he did not recieve a tracking number. you: I asked him again yesterday if he had one and he said no again. I have the order number and i'm wondering if you have sent out the order already. Hookah and Shisha Central: I can check for you, what is the order number? you: Order number is ****** you: The first time we asked they charged him but never made the order. you: They meaning you.. Hookah and Shisha Central: it looks like the order is being shipped out today you: ... you: Why wasn't it shipped out last week? Hookah and Shisha Central: I'm not sure, did your friend experience any problems placing the order online? you: No not at all. you: It went smooth and we were expecting the hookah last monday/tuesday Hookah and Shisha Central: when did you last speak to someone regarding this order? Hookah and Shisha Central: it may have been on hold for some reason you: Uh last wednesday we talked to live help and they said that it was bieng shipped that same day. Hookah and Shisha Central: really? I"m sorry for the confusion you: Is there going to be any special shipping? Because this was supposed to be for our friend whos birthday was last friday. Hookah and Shisha Central: yes, we can get to you on Friday you: Thank you very much. Sorry if i came off rude at first. But on one of the hookah forums i visit frequently, said that this site was amazing and had amazing customer service which i have to admit suprised me. Hookah and Shisha Central: that is very strange that it didn't ship out, I'm very sorry you: I really didn't think it was professional to stall a shipment almost two weeks. you: Well once again, Thank you for helping me out and I hope you have a great day at work. Hookah and Shisha Central: thank you again for your patience
Glottis2
Dang, that sucks that it took so long. It's a really good hookah in my opinion. I have a QT and bought the extra hose adapter, which is exactly what I am assuming hookah-shisha basically did. One (or maybe both) of the hose ports has an autoseal (in my case, it was the second adapter that I bought). This means that you can plug one hose into the port that [i]doesn't/[i] have the autoseal ball bearing thing, and it will work fine without any kind of plugging. I wouldn't be surprised at all if hookah-shisha also sends you the original blow-off valve thing as well, which you could screw in if you want.
