And to those who are asking about alternatives to coals, this shop by my house called Freaky's has one. It is a little coil built into what looks like a metal cup that sits on the bowl. I was skeptical at first, but it works pretty well. 65 bucks for it, so I want to buy one soon

Oh wow. That sounds amazing, but it might burn the shisha quick unless you can select which how hot it can get.

I was acutally thinking of something along those lines...like something that had a coil that was battery powered but gettting the coils that hot would take a lot of juice.

I totally agree. No matter what, it's bad for you. Smoke is not meant to be in your lungs. Period.

I have recently been experimenting with making my own shisha, and I will be needing some testers soon unless something comes up! Currently i am in the personal testing stages. Here is some background info

100% All natural!
100% Nicotine free
100% Tar Free
100% Quality
100% Free from anything harmful for you! No Carcinogens!

Quality is very important to me, every gram of the shisha is washed and soaked at least 7 times to insure everything is very clean and all impurities are removed. All of my ingredients are purchased in person and quality inspected before any money is even exchanged!

As of right now i only have about 200g of it made but hope to send out samples to a few people via the forums.

I would be more then happy to try out samples of your shisha, my business partner and I are always up for trying new things and would love to be "guinea pigs" if that's what you would like to call us.

No offense, but it's a lousy marketing strategy if you ask me. The tar-free claim is misleading, and the "free from anything harmful to you" bit is downright preposterous. Though I don't exactly agree with what txhookahman and ahwahoo are saying, I don't think the tobacco manufacturer is in any place to make assertions concerning the health risks involved, at least when it comes to hookah. There's nothing wrong with confirming that your product is made with GRAS ingredients, but don't imply that it's completely safe to smoke it.

ya your ad is misleading. I havnt read through all the posts so i might be repeating as before. Tar is not in tobacco, tar is just a bi-product when tobacco is burned. As for carcinigins (cant spell i know i know) when anything is burned it gives it off.

That being said, sure i'd love to buy some sample packs off you. IF its any good id be more then happy to support a local small buisness then a big one (im a huge supposrter of the local small buisnesses as long as their prices match up fairly). Post some pics and let us know how it smokes!

Good luck with your experiments. Some people might like it. IMHO a smoke without tobacco and nicotine has nothing going for it. If you are worried about the health effects, why not just quit or cut back to very occasional use? I would rather smoke one head of unwashed tobacco per week than Soex or some such every day. But that's just me.

as for 100% nicotine free, i think you would have to wash the tobacco more than 7 times. actually, i don't think you can get 100% nicotine free. maybe like 99.9999% nic free. thats just a technicality though.

for tar free, it may be tar free when you make it, but when you burn it, not so much anymore.

theres many assertions on this topic of this being a "safe shisha" maybe perhaps market it as a "less bad, but still not good" shisha. Like everything is pretty much bad for you unless in moderation (ect..), walking about in LA is like smoking a cigar. But instead of attacking this guys marketing strategy, try and help him! Hes trying to send you people shisha! you should worship this man! lol, jk. but yeah, i do agree with others saying it cannot be harmless, and there is still like a small fraction of tar in it.
regardless. i want to try! dude, yes!! send me some! of anything! ha!
