Smoking Tangiers Well

Alright, I know alot of people have problems with smoking tangiers. I have been smoking tangiers for around a year and in that time I spent 6 months trying to get it to smoke just how I want. I'll explain how to do everything to make tangiers smoke well

I use a medium clay bowl holds around 15g-25g's

1. Get out your tangiers and mix it what you going to use with your finger for 2-3 mins.
2. Pack your bowl by LIGHTLY( Break the shisha into peices ) packing it ABOVE the brim of the clay bowl
3. Take two peices of tin foil whether it be heavy duty or plain and double wrap your bowl
4. Poke holes such as this with a PIN

5. I use a 33mm circle coal and basically use half of it on the edge of the bowl like so

6. Now, be patient, let the coal heat up the bowl and heat up the shisha slowly, if you don't you will end up with a sting in the back of your throat and a nasty unwanted taste

Now, this isn't the only way to do this, this is what has worked for me.

Edit: To get a even better taste I have used Koolaid packets in my bowl, Grape juice, FLAT pop, Tons of other juices

Also If you want huge cold clouds get some dry ice from Hyvee and put it in your ice chamber If you have one, You'll be amazed by the results Edited September 8, 2007 by KLD

+1 for the grape juice and kool-ade, sometimes I can get the smoke to change color ever so slightly. Really fun to watch XD

that sounds like you have a small phunnel... i believe the med holds upto 50g. and also, i use 2 3k on my small phunnel. maybe im just weird? glad you got it smoking how you like it! thanks for the tips too!

I have smoked tangiers out of a mya bowl that holds about the same and that method sounds about right. i break my single coal in half and put them on oposite sides. or use 3 1/4's spaced evenly but they burn too quick.

I LoVe tanGieRS! Yea im smoking some right now in my friends basement room watching Gone in 60 Seconds Good movie by the way, This is my last bit of Orange Soda and its kicking ass. Earlier today i got here and i wanted to mod my hose with clear tubing so we went to Home Depot picked some up that fit PeRfectly on to the ends of my cobra hose. Its awesome, so is this shisha!

Using a fork works just fine, I think it's easier to mix with a fork than your finger.
Also, you shouldn't need to break the tobacco up after you've sufficiently mixed it.

Thats just how I do it I guess you could go spend your time and find a fork.. then mix it up.. and then have to use your fingers anyways to break the shisha apart, seeing as tangiers has alot of full leafs

Yes I do, quite a bit in fact

That's just the nature of the tobacco, the way it's cut. To each his/her own though.
