Help Re: H-s Hookah

So I inadvertantly left my hookah at school when I came home for the break. I decided last week to buy one for here too. I decided on the Pharaoh from H-S. It arrived today, but has a variety of small things wrong with it. The metal body is not a uniform color, the cleaning brush is snapped, the bowl is slightly cracked, etc.

Normally, I'd call them and exchange it for a better one, but I am leaving the country in ten days and would like to enjoy it before then. If I called them, do you think they'd replace the bowl (and brush I suppose) NQA? Or would I have to return the (unsmoked-out-of) bowl for a new, uncracked one?

i think the only way you're gonna get a definite answer is to contact H-S and see what they do.
none of us cal tell you with 100% certainty what H-S will do for you.

Yup, just talked to them. The cracks are a known shippable, are on just about every bowl they have, and they are probably small enough to not cause problems. The varied color is from welding seams, which is also found on just about all H-S hookahs, (s)he said. They offered to send a replacement in exchange, but I'd rather not wait. New brush is on the way though

I'll let you know how it smokes. That's the most important part.
