MechAnt
Their (along with many other retailers) shipping prices are based on a bracket system. Basically a flat fee for certain price ranges. There is a discount code. A search will help you turn that up.

We only flat fee international shipping. For our domestic shipping, we have integrated UPS's API system for real-time shipping rates. Additionally we do mark up our shipping costs to cover packaging and handling which includes boxes, packing peanuts, promotional materials, etc. We don't make money on shipping, so the shipping prices you see on our site are the prices we pay as well. Hope this helps answer some questions Best Regards, Eugene Hookah Lifesupport@hookah-life.com http://www.hookah-life.com 847-403-1213

Additionally these items are to the benefit of the customer as they provide discount coupons that significantly outweigh their costs.I apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, comments, or need clarification on anything hookah related feel free to PM, email, or call me.Regards, Eugene Hookah Lifesupport@hookah-life.com http://www.hookah-life.com 847-403-1213
HookahCulture
$9.00 domestic S&H for a single box of moassel? Outrageous!Costs of promo materials should be invisible to the consumer as well. The proper thing to do is find out the USPS postage and add a buck for anything else. You get USPS Priority Mail boxes for free, you only pay for packing peanuts and tape. Newspaper wads are OK for some things too.Itemizing what he's paying for as done above is the WRONG way to do business.I feel resentful just reading all that.UPS or Fed Ex ground is better and cheaper for larger and heavier packages that won't fit in a USPS flat rate box, USPS is best for smaller and lighter ones. Not only is that common sense but I learned that through experience.
ZenSilk
Yeah, Tangiers is super cheap at HL, but wow, 9.00 is more than the shisha itself almost.
SafeSearchOff
$9 i can understand for a bigger order.but $9 for a heavy duty envelope w/bubble wrap... not cool.
ZenSilk
You might as well order up all the Tangiers you'll be needing for a couple months. Or maybe a new Hookah.
