Stabilize The Hookah?

Recommended Posts

Greetings!

Me and two mates just went together and bought our first hookah ever (though we have been smoking it with friends for a year).

We bought a really small one and we haven't "smoked it in" yet but the smoke was really nice and the taste was awesome!

However it's so tiny (27 cm, 1 kg) that it keeps falling over =( What should I do to fix this? tongue.gif Put rocks in the vase?

That hose looks short, try a longer hose, or you could find a small metal plate or something and glue it on, if you dont mind doing so.

What I did this one time was take a cardboard box.
place the water bottle on it with the lid on top of the box,
then trace around the outline of the lid in pen or whatever,
then cut a hole of where the water bottle was.

Since the lip of the bottle is usually the widest part of the hookah it will allow you to connect the hookah as well as providing good stabilization with the help of a few books on top of the cardboard box.

what kind of bowl are you using? if you are using the small one that came with it, it should be fine, just be careful! I live the box idea though, and the ice in a bucket idea, with winter coming soon, when it snows, put your hookah in a bucket and put snow all around it.. better than just putting ice in there:)
