Hookah Bars In St. Louis?

Recommended Posts

Hey everybody! Its been awhile but I thought I'd stop by for a little visit. I'll be in St. Louis next weekend with a bunch of my friends and I thought it'd be nice to stop by a hookah bar and maybe teach them a little bit about my hobby. Can anybody reccomend a good hookah bar in that area?

hearsay already mentioned about layal at the loop...

then you've got Nik's Wine Bar & Hookah Lounge... it's like the central west end area... i have heard friends and shit say it has been closed though, but i'm not 100% sure, maybe you can find their number and give them a call or something

and a new one just recently opened up on south grand (near arsenal and tower grove park) if i remember right i think the cross street is Connecticut, i think it's called Petra Cafe and Hookah Lounge.. i've heard a couple good things about it so far, haven't been there yet though sad.gif

Petra cafe and hookah lounge - 3177 South Grand Blvd
Nik's wine bar and hookah lounge - 307 Belt Ave.

hope that helped out a bit Edited by Oni_Dragon

Yeah man, i'm a student here in STL and there is a hookah bar on the loop (delmar boulevard) right off of skinker dr. that I can throw a football to from my apartment. It's pretty righteous. Also the Al-tarboush market has a great selection of tobacco and pipes next to saleems the loop as well.

man, that gets me thinking, i need to hit up that bar again some time.

Yeah man, al-tarboush rocks, that's usually my go-to place when i run out of tobbaco and didn't buy any online fast enough... and for the forest park area one you're talking about it might be the nik's wine bar & hookah... it's like the central west end, but it's still only a few blocks away from forest park... but like i said, last i heard they closed, but i'm not sure if it's true or not
