uselessdreamer1
i would do this experement. Take a two liter, and small pipe. Cut the small pipe and stick it through the side of the two liter into where the water would be. i would thisnk about middle of the bottle. then use putty to seal the hole around the pipe. next use a hose or tube and stick it through at the top(not the cap) of the bottle. just under the cap. putty that. only think i cant think of is how the massal is going to be burned. maybe postsfrom some one else can help. Oh btw. get non toxic putty.
estaticboo
ive been using it, even without it, and it seems to work fine, am i just stupid or is it not completley necessary?
cypress
So you dont use any water? IF that works for you the do it. I have no complaints for people to try different things and they work for them, even if I wont do it.

Soup
Ok, the OP's post confused me a bit, but I think you're talking about a replacement stem. Please correct me if I am wrong on this and inform me as to what part of the hookah makes the water boil.
