Mathazar
That's right, for helping promote their website in this forum, the owner of the company Richard is sending me free samples of these flavors: Bahraini Apple (supposed to have no licorice flavor) Eskandarani Apple Special Apple ( suppose to be a lot stronger and more sour than Eskandarani Apple) Grapefruit Special Grape ( no idea what that's going to taste like ) Strawberry Lemon & Banana Pretty AWESOME deal these guys are giving me. I had a very nice phone conversation with Rich, and he said that he was not trying to defend his company in his response in the thread yesterday, but merely try to respond to the accusations that Havana Ma'assel was cheap tobacco, and to try to make sense out of the pricing so that we could understand that their is a lot of OVERHEAD involved with obtaining this ma'assel. He said that there are taxes, and shipping charges, and Customer Service they have to cover, etc...etc..., The bottom line being that they're goal is to make Shisha-Emirates a Customer Service Company where the Customer is VERY well looked after. And that costs money. So, I'm not quoting Rich word for word, but from the conversation I had with him, I sensed that he has a very honorable character and lots of integrity, and that's what they're trying to establish for their company. The want to establish a Customer Satisfaction Company. So, I say give these guys a break. They're less than one week old, and already they're off to a pretty good start with some attractive hookahs and what could potentially be some AWESOME ma'assel. I'm also going to order a 250g box of their ATI Double Apple for $50, because I'm a Double Apple fanatic, and I want to taste something different than Romman which is very good, but I'm a little tired of it. I'll write up some brief reviews after I've had a chance to smoke these flavors individually. Be Happy Everyone, and Keep-on Posting
Kofod
I hope they will get things running real nicely - and all my comments have been meant in a contructive way. Its sad that they are now associated with the thread gone bananas in Hookahbadass' hands. And no Havana is by no means "cheap" tobacco in the discount meaning of the word. cypress
I am sorry to say, free samples or not there are other places that sell Havana for under 9 bucks a 250. BNN and Tobacco Import USA sells it for that price. 23 bucks for a 9 dollar product does not make sence. I am not saying Shisha Emerates should change their price as they are their own company. All I am saying is shop around for the same product for the best price. Even if the best flavored ma'assel costed 50 bucks a box, I would not pay that much for it. The best quality or not. Its like choosing a 50 dollar bottle of rum over a 10 dollar bottle of bacardi. I will stick to things in my pricerange.
HookahCulture
Is there no limit to Mathazar's whoring for the people who stick thorns into the industry? Come one come all, thieves and pricejackers, Mathazar will do your bidding for free samples! So now I get to hear biased reviews because Mathazar is "promoting." Mathazar, PLEASE. uselessdreamer1
i think the same about you math, lately all you do is post stupid sh*t about stuff you cant afford. come on. do you really think we care if u get free samples? we dont.

Mathazar
You guys haven't got a F***ing clue what you're talking about. Actually, useless, several people DO want to know what Havana ma'assel tastes like and how it smokes. The only problem they had was with the price, which I agree is up there. I didn't ask for these free samples, and I wasn't promoting this site. I merely pointed-out a new site which hasn't even been up a week, Brand Spankin New, so I thought I'd let everyone know that it exists. As far as my spending money on things I can't afford, I agree with you 100%, I shouldn't be discussing my finances with childish little retards like you, whose brain can't assimilate simple thoughts and put them into perspective. Rather, on the other hand, you simply sh*t all over someone without the slightest concern or care that maybe others ARE interested in what I'm discussing. There's such a thing as Forum Ettiquette, something that you obviously haven't discovered in you very short life. I hope whatever highschool you're going to that they actually teach you something about manners. Because you know what buddy, you seem to bring-out the worst in people. I've seen your attitude in this thread and in others, and people respond to you in a negative way such as I'm doing here......dork And, Soup, where did you ever get the idea that I was plugging the company for free samples. In my conversations with the owner of the company, Rich, I found him to be a man of high morals and standards, who believes in his business and wants more than anything to establish a clientele who appreciate fine Customer Service and Support, along with a fine product. We talked about price gouging and actual costs of buying in volume, about paying taxes and doing business legally in a fashion that won't get him into trouble. You may have noticed that SocialSmoke.com no longer sells tobacco on their website, well Rich told me it's because the owner couldn't afford to pay his Tobacco Taxes. TobaccoImportUSA is a Wholesaler, not a retail company like Shisha Emirates. I don't see ANY difference in the price of Romman tobacco compared to Hookah-Emirates who may just have a better product. That's why I say, give these guys a chance, because LOTS of things can change during the course of their first year in business. They may offer package deals like many of the other companies are doing, they may even lower their prices. But, believe it or not, there are some people out there who don't mind spending the extra couple dollars for EXCELLENT service. I bought my computer from a company like that, because the Customer Service and Support were OUTSTANDING. God people can be dumbasses some times. If you do one thing in your life, learn to listen and to think before you talk about a subject you know NOTHING about. And to malignity, the website that is under so much scrutiny is: www.Shisha-Emirates.com Later Everyone!
ioannisds
Wow. I have been on this forum for a couple of weeks, and between that retarded troll hookah badass and the constant, petty, childish pissing matches, I just don't really feel like hanging out much anymore. Seriously, for the past day or two I have felt like I was magically transported back to the third grade each time I visited the Hookah Forum. I for one came here to learn, share some reviews perhaps, and maybe meet some cool people from all over the world who love hookah as much as I do. Instead, I get the internet equivalent of "I'm gonna kick your ass after school! Meet me at the bike racks after the final bell!" Jesus tap-dancing Christ people. I'm flippin' out here. I'm gonna go smoke some Al-Waha honey. Ya know why? Not because it's cheap/expensive (I have tried them all). Not because someone said it was OUTSTANDING. Not because it's the latest and greatest thing from the latest and greatest hookah online store. I'm gonna smoke it because I like it, and that's it. I'm out . Mathazar
Okay Soup..........I also apologise. I'm just tired of people attacking me for posting my opinions on new companies. I like seeing start-up companies succeed in business. And, who knows, maybe Shisha-Emirates will make it and maybe they won't. "It's a dog-eat-dog world out there", and at least these guys have kahunas to try and make a go of it. And I'll support that as long as I see that they're growing and progressing in a positive way that supports the consumer and allows themselves to also reap the fruits of their labors. Yes, they're charging high prices, but so is Hookah-Shisha on their Romman brand. Hookah-Shisha's Hookahs aren't cheap either, yet I don't see people bitching about that. These guys at Shisha-Emirates responded to our outcry and lowered their prices. I thought that was quite admirable of them, though their prices were outragious before we complained about it. The fact is, they had an internal problem with their Vendor, BNN Imports, and it turned-out that they were overcharging Shisha-Emirates for their tobacco. Anyway, I'm sorry for getting fumed at you, but like I said, their just comes a boiling point in a person where you just have to let off some steam, and you were the person I let that steam off on. Mathazar
Ali........there is a possibility that I misunderstood Rich, and misquoted him. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Mathazar
To Ali and the members of The Hookah Forum, I must apologise for misquoting Rich at Shisha Emirates. I just got off the phone with Rich, and he told me that he NEVER said anything about SocialSmoke not being able to afford their Tobacco Taxes. We did discuss taxes and what it costs Shisha Emirates to sell their Tobacco, and I guess that's where I got confused and as a result misquoted Rich in my second to last post. When I posted this information, it had been several hours since I had spoken to Rich, and I just happen to have a problem retaining information over long periods of time. So, my intention was not to get Rich in trouble with Ali, and I DEEPLY apologise to Ali for creating this situation. The Hookah Forum is and has always been a great place to come and converse with others. I sincerely hope that people won't consider me a source of misinformation in the future. I'm sorry this issue had to take place in this forum. Thankyou for listening!

Social Smoke
I appologize for being reactionary, I wish both Tony, Rich, and shisha-emrites.com best of luck in thier future business development. They will still get a phone call from us, but on a whole different tone when I return from my current business trip in New Orleans. Had I been in Dallas this morning, I would have surely called them before replying to the comment, but that is still no excuse. To tell you the truth, we have been misrepresented on this forum in the past and we've been confused with SouthSmoke.com in at least one negative review. Because of that and a few other reasons which I'd rather not go into, I have become a little sensitive recently when incorrect information about Social Smoke is spread intentionally. Hopefully this will be my last post for a while so i can go back to learning from you guys and improving our business... I learn when I listen, not when I talk... Anyways, I appologize again to Rich, Tony and Shisha-emirites.com. Good luck to them and to everyone out there. Ali

Seandoo
Wow there's certainly a lot of text in this thread! I suppose that's good for a forum, eh? But with all the drama...man I've been out maybe 3 weeks or so and wow this certainly is interesting. I haven't seen all this beef and bashing on people in however long I've been on here (not that long I suppose but still...). Damn, just let people express their opinions without getting all defensive. Haha too much drama for me to read it all this late at night. Anyway, that's pretty chill that there's a new place out that a forum member gets to try out. New stuffs for us to take a look into. BTW thanks to those who have sent and traded samples with me (Mushrat & Daleth) - it's been really cool to try samples of stuff I otherwise wouldn't have access to. I'm a little confused, though...Math, didn't you give up hookah smoking maybe a month or so ago? Did you have a change of heart or anything? Sorry if there was a post on it, but as I said...I've been out for a few weeks. -Sean

Back to my old habits of smoking the hookah all day and night long....lol I suppose it's not funny, but I'm TOTALLY a hookah junkie. I've turned into the Shisha Monster........You know, like the Cookie Monster on Sesame Street? Welcome back, Seandoo, it's been awhile. Sorry you have to come back under such heated circumstances on the forum. But, it would appear as though you find it mentally stimulating I shouldn't laugh, because I caused this whole dilemma, but fortunately all this only lasted a couple days, and I think we're starting to get back to normal. By the way, mushrat left us in a bit of a......RAGE!!! As did a couple of other new members. But, hey, that's the nature of a forum. Out with the old and in with the new. Shisha Emirates
To The Forum and to Mr. Egho,Once again, I regret having to post solely to defend ourselves, but since yet another baseless comment has been posted, I feel we have no choice. Please see below an e-mail received by Mr. Egho of the theHookah.com at 7:55 AM yesterday, to which we responded at 8:34 AM on the same day.
