rbyers
I've noticed that when I eat altoids (I'm addicted to them, I have a backpack full of empty tins) the need to cough goes away. Which is nice. I have been kicked out of work because no one in my office wants bronchitis either, so I got the day off after I sent out my leave forms, which is nice; but... My throat feels pretty bad, so it's not really that great.

My throat feels pretty bad, so it's not really that great. Buy soem peppermint leaves, or just mint leaves for that matter, dry them (if they havnt been), and roll them into a cigarette. This is actually out of experience, it is pretty soothing. But very extreme, eye watering tingly burning for a while. Also, get some dried mint or peppermint, empty out a tea bag ( or use a metal tea strainer), put in the leaves, then add some of the tea , then re-staple the bag shut, and let it steep in a mug or tepot full of hot water. You make fresh peppermint tea, it will sooth your throat to an amazingly tingly pain-free cool feeiling with each sip. I reccomend this. it won't irritate your throat. Tati
You definitely want to take a break from smoking with bronchitis. Smoking will only make you cough up worse...I used to have it when I was little, and it went away, but if I smoke too much for too long, its the worse feeling in the world. And think about how good its going to be when you can finally smoke it again!! rbyers
Oh yes, i'm hella stoked for when this crap goes away. I haven't smoked since wednesday, it's weird, I usually smoke hookah 4-5 times a week but... not anymore.
