Hey Guys, im new on the forums...hmmm lets see ive been smoking hookah for about 5 years now...since i was 13..im 18 now..lol..ummm ya ive become sort of a hookah enthusiast...i have a mya 24 inch blue chrome bohemian crystal hookah..it hits nice...its a 4 hose...but the problem is the hoses..i hate telling my friends to hold the pipe...i know there are auto seals....but are there any other options to that?? thanks

hey buddy, and welcome to the forum.

as far as hoses, there are allot of threads already up on this topic, but I'll give ya the short and skinny because im in the same boat as you.

I'm currently on the lookout for any hoses that have auto seal systems INSIDE the hose. I've heard of them in passing, but never any direct stories or retailers. HS has flip cap hoses, that I'm considering. they are currently out of stock, so you wont find them on the site, but ask the live help line, and ask the guy on there, he might be able to tell you when they are coming in. aside from that, not alot i can tell ya. I told the guys at HS to start researching on inventing a cap that you can add to any hose, so they might start looking into that, at least they told me they would.

I'll get back to you on that one, as soon as they get back to me.

on my hookah, ive got a 3 hose, and i bought it weird, like the hose inlets where not there so i had to buy the screw on converters, and then people had to plug the hoses when they wherent smoking. so i bought 6mm BB's (non lead) and threw them in there, they work great, but the 7 or 8mm do a little better for hose with a strong pull tendency, like me, lol. im unsure if implementing those ill give you any results, but i know it works for me in my rare case.
