Sahara 360 Rotating Stand

So I just happened to be wandering the web and I found the product above. It is an add-on that can give your hookah rotating abilities, as long as you have a Sahara vase. Anyone know how well it does the job? I just bought it because I have always wanted a rotating hookah and happen to have a compatible vase as my back-up vase. Mine has not come in yet but once it does I will post up a review.

personally, looks like a bit of a waste, rotators are just another thing to break, and elevating your hookah never seems like a good idea, but thats just me, i dont really like rotators, tell us how it goes

i`ve got two rotators and they don`t break fast at all, if anything they are a lot sturdier than my standard egyptians.
if you want them to keep rotating smoothly you gotta grease the ball bearings with WD-40 (or something similar).

you'd have been better off going to one of your local bed bath and beyond stores or something like that and getting a lazy susan...same idea, just doesn't look as nice, but would be quite a bit cheaper...

Unfortunately, I am a whore for pimping out my hookah. Everything has to look proper and, while I have seen some very well done lazy susan projects here, I have almost no skill in hookah kitbashing. That and propping up the hookah's height probably adds to some sort of Freudian hookah complex.

Strangely enough, the Sahara vase that works with this stand already plenty unstable. While it looks pretty wide, the bottom comes in to a very small base. With a large stem on top, a good tap will bring the whole thing coming down. I hope this add-on will actually make it more stable, if only because of the instability of the old vase in the first place. As for the rotator stand itself, I just hope it is well made, rotators have been a mixed bag for some of my friends but that might be due to their unwillingness/procrastination regarding greasing the ball bearings as shisha fan said. I'm waiting for mine to show in the mail. I know it's a waste, but I wanted something sexier than my lazy susan for the new marble hookah. (tentatively called "big marble sexy")

Would it happen to be the Hookah-Shisha Ebony Tower hookah because that is the one I'm going to be using the stand with.
