Well, I've been teaching myself Photoshop. I've decided to try and make a bit of money with it. With Myspace as popular as it is people are looking for better pictures to put up on their myspace. I can also edit landscape pictures, such as removing obstructions. Here are a few things i've done

This was my first

This is ooold.

Brand NEw

Kinda Old

This is the landscape one

Do you guys think i should do this? Think it's good enough to make some money? Edited by .cOLt.45.

I say keep on working on it, because not all models are perfect and those close up shots show a lot of ugly stuff like bumps n scars etc. But anyways airbrushing might bring in some money not sure how much but i definately wouldn't want to make it a career (Unless you start going artsy fartsy and start to sell wallpapers and such).

You may want to talk to portrait organizations. I forget which one I went through to get my HS senior portraits done. But I remember we ordered the airbrushed ones. Ask around, I'm sure there are places that would take you in as a part time or internship type deal.

thing is the only real places i can get a job at the moment are fast food and all that. Once I turn 16 I'll be getting a better job. With this though I kinda wanted to do my own thing as in....basically be my own boss. It's big business in High Schools though. almost all the girls have a couple glamour shots in their binder biggrin.gif

Hmm... I would suggest working at Mc D's because there will be competition like always if you're going to be a "freelance" air brusher.

Edit : Plus you're going to be making way more money at mc d's since it's a steady rate of income. Now you could go freelance or try to apply for a company that does touch up photos and get a check everytime you complete a project. But i'm not sure how much you would get. Here in FL we get like 6.50 as minimum wage and working a couple of hours a week would bring in about 100 bucks every two weeks (which is not bad at all). Edited by Dekon
