Tangiers Is Alive And Well....

Recommended Posts

Has anyone asked him how he makes shisha? There have been a few posts about homebrew shisha but not a lot of conclusive results; maybe one or two topics with good guides.

Not wanting to put him out of business; but for those of us who want to make peanut butter or steak shisha.

Steak/potato/carrot shisha; smoke instead of dinner every day.

They didn't get very close. The fires were north and south east of the densly populated areas of SD. However, there was ash in the air for a couple days.

Me, personally, I think that Tanigers guy's a dick. I'm glad he's not around here anymore. His tobacco sucks, too.

Love you guys, I've just been giving Mushy time to catch up in post count again.

As Matt pointed out, the closest the fires got was about 15 miles...the Cedars fires of 2003 were much closer and made the air a lot worse. The sky then looked leaden gray and the sun was but a weak, orange disk in the sky. The ash as it fell looked like a heavy snowfall. Accumulated at the back doors 1/4" thick in places. The ash shroud from this set of fires was like the old smoggy summer days of the 70s, before smog-emission equipment. Like a weak fog bank and the ash from this fell for a couple of hours on and off looking like sleet. The maps they show you are always deceptive on the TV. We never stopped making tobacco. We never even considered there was a problem.
