Bushbr
I just ordered my mod bowl for my 30' pharoah, i set it on the grommet to see how it looked, and it just SAT on it..... no seal, no air tight at all, I talked to the night guy Jon at HS and he said to wrap some paper towl around the grommet till the bowl fits on nice and tight, I was thinking maybe doing some tin foil, and curving it up at the bottom, so if any juices DO leak out, it will catch them, and i don't need to scrub my tray tonight.you guys ever had problems with this?I tried searching the forum, but every post has a mod bowl mentioned somewhere. MechAnt
Mod bowls stink in general. They really don't smoke well at all. On top of that, the mouth of the bowls are very wide and you'll run into the trouble that you have. Follow HS's advice and just seal the bish up with wet paper towel. shisha fan
i have a mod bowl, only used it 3 times. heat management is difficult because of the windcover on it and you don`t want to remove that once its hot. garykainz
I've always had to wrap wet paper towel around the stem. Since the day I got my hookah. Small inconvenience, easy fix, over all not too bad to deal with
