nicayotte
Well aroud my parts I am pretty well known for having hookah parties and such, I decided to clear part of my basement and I am looking for some good design and chair/lounge ideas. Currently it has very short unburned carpet and i want to keep it that way!I am open to any suggestions except knocking down walls and such! rowland
god i wished i had a basement. Ok heres my .5 cents worth (hey inflation ya know). Hit the fabric stores (Joanns, Hobby Lobby, whatever). You should be able to find some nice fabric that suits your taste. Just staple it to the walls or draped from the rafters.Instead of chairs get beanbag chairs or some nice big pillows for the floor. Now the most important part a table!!!!!You will have to make the table yourself but it should not be that hard. Get some nice thick playwood and cut a circle (size to suit you).In the center of the table cut a hole. The hole should be just big enough to fit the vase of your favorite hookah. The reason as you might have guessed it to cage the hookah. The legs should be very short, less that a foot. This is very helpful so it will keep your hookah upright and safe from the odd bumbling friend You can get really fancy with the table if you want. I have plans to make one, i was going to make some tribal designs around the edge and wood burn them in.
PirateNinja415
I had a friend put a hole in the middle of his glass table for his hookah, and it worked wonders. It caught the majority of the coals we would drop, which totally saved his carpet. Try getting a glass top for it, much easier to clean
