Most Flavorful Hookah Smoke Yet

Recommended Posts

Yesterday, my friends and I were smoking Oranges and Cream, and it was the most flavorful smoke we have ever had from a hookah (usually it's quite charcoally). We figured it was the new type of charcoal (Pharaoh Golden Elite), but then we discovered that we forgot to poke holes in the hookah foil (we were using the Narghile covers found on H-S.com). However, because of this, we hardly had ANY smoke. We're going to experiment now and only going to put maybe 5 holes in the foil and see what happens.

york college eh....know cynthia lafever?

Nope, what year is she?

Anyways, there seems to be no leaks in my hookah, I checked earlier today. I'm guessing the reason I could inhale was either because the foils are so thin or it wasn't wrapped tightly enough over to bowl. I failed to mention that a little smoke WAS getting through with no holes, but only a little bit. The flavor was amazing though.

You guys must have one hell of a leak somewhere to be able to inhale anything with no holes in the foil.

LOL, yeah uhh why did you guys not poke holes in the foil sad.gif

I was in a hurry, and for the first time, I apparently was not thinking while setting up.

If the foil isn't too tight and the bowl is fairly empty, you could probably pull enough air around the sides of the bowl. The heat from the charcoal is still cooking the tobacco, so as long as there's airflow, it will smoke.

Its sort of like old school when they just put the coals on the tobacco it self. Now you just have a barier between the coal and the tobacoo.
