JillyIsJustKidding
I'm planning to get it for one of those holiday smokes because it seems like one of those flavors that would be perfect for it But I was wondering, does this apple have any anise taste to it? Eck because I can't stand anise and I just want to know whether or not it has it before I buy it. Foos
Ive smoked a 250 gram tin of SB apple cinnamon and its pretty damn good. I'm like you, I dont like the anise flavor but there really wasn't one in the apple cinnamon, its pretty strong in the cinnamon and less of the apple i think. ConfuciusSmoker
I didn't really like it. After about 30 min it starts tasting really really bad.
BrotherBuford
It has a very minor anise flavor, but the apple and cinnamon overpower it. It smells like an apple cinnamon scented candle. It's a pretty good smoke, but you need to be in the mood for it. I don't know if this makes any sense, but I classify it as a "dark" or "heavy" flavor. (Something like Romman Orange would be a "bright" flavor.) I guess the best way to put it is it's something to smoke when you're just chilling in front of a fireplace, it's not a real get-up-and-go party flavor. Eh then I'm not going to get that one then b/c even if its just a little anise, I don't think I'll be able to stand it. Has anyone tried Starbuzz Sweet Apple? Does that have any anise in it and does it taste good? But, I know for sure that I'm gonna get Pumpkin Pie for those Holiday smokes though
BrotherBuford
Pumpkin Pie and Vanilla is a good mix. The Vanilla mellows the spice a bit. After an hour of straight Pumpkin Pie the spice flavor gets a little tiring.
