I was doing my usual ebay crawl and I noticed the Genuinehookah, home of the tobacco free Nakhla 2 apple, and lord of the revenge Negative feedback, is no longer selling or even registered.

One less shady rip off hookah dealer on the net.

Genuine Hookah was only annoying when he was active on the forum.

Just kidding, GH...sort of. Several people said they had no problems with his service or products, I mean people I think are trustworthy on this forum...but enough problems and complaints must have made it so he had to switch names.

I just tried to order soemthing from his new account. It was refused after payment was made and I filed a non-performing seller complaint.

I refused your payment because I was told to via the owner of Genuine Hookah cause you are scum and have no life other than to "crawl" eBay and discuss what you see in forums. You do not know me so do NOT assume how I work is the same as that of Genuine Hookah. His products are for the most part top notch and my service will be as well. The owner of genuine hookah is in fact a good man that just had no patience to deal with scummy customers. Genuine Hookah still has his store site going and is growing rapidly as we speak, so he must be doing a good job. I am not here to make enemies with anyone, but if you treat me and my business like shit I will do so in return.

When customers leave me retarded negative feedbacks i'm not going to let that slide. Most of these people do not opt for the optional insurance and blame it on me. The listings say for the most part there is at least 5 days handling and they complain if they dont get it within the time promised from USPS, I will not take the blame for customers stupidity. You are scum, you do not know me one bit yet you assume from what you see, but you do not know the e-mails sent back and forth to these customers or how I try resolving my matters, you just assume. Your assumptions are going to get you no where in life other than labeled as a complete ass.

Direct experience from Genuine Hookah, NOT ME. I just drop ship for him, he does not handle my listings or my customers. Only association with him in regards to this company are money and prodcuts, that is all.

I have no disrespect for any hookah smokers what so ever, even any of the ones that leave me negative feedback or as I do to them. I just will not let myself go down for their mistakes, you are right the customer is always right but I always attempt to mediate things before the feedback is left, if they dont agree with my mediation I am not going to take a loss in money because of it.

just take a look at some other vendors that post here, you might just learn something about customer service.

They do give me their business and I treat them with the respect they deserve for that untill they expect me to loose money because of a mistake they have made or because they do not give me time to reply with a mediation. I do not treat my customers with disrespect.

Haha, that is your opinion and I have nothing to say about that. The owner of Genuine Hookah and I have been very good friends for years now and he is indeed a good man. He does not have patience for customers this might be correct but none the less he started a very large and competitive business from ground up on his own at the early age of 16. I respect him for this and I will keep doing business with him and try refining the customer service on my end. I just do not appreciate people talking negatively about ME because of my affiliation with someone who I think you are wrongly accusing.
