bubbascigars Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 I am in Peoria, IL and I am wanting to start a hookah club here in Peoria in the empty side of my Tobacco store. I will be making it Hookah club and cigar club. The Hookah smokers will meet a couple days a week and the cigar smokers will meet other days so there is not any conflicts in smoking smells.
