neophytex
Kind of a random thought, we had a strong cold front come through overnight, and it went from 60's to mid 30's overnight. Lit up a bowl of Tangiers this afternoon and the smoke seems a lot (smoother?) and the flavor really comes through a lot more. Seems to be a much more enjoyable smoke with all the humidity gone and a colder ambient temp. Anyone else ever noticed something like this? neophytex
Even Nahkla tastes really good right now, seriously today has probably been two of my best smokes yet!
olooko
the flavor of tangeries does change with the weather. Search the forum, Eric posted some info about it before.
mushrat
Its what we refer to as accimation. You'll find a LOT on it.
neophytex
Didn't acclimate the tangiers again before smoking it, was still acclimated in a jar from the warmer weather when I first got it and acclimated it. The nahkla was sitting out though so I suppose that the taste difference would be attributed to that.
erufiku
Don't know about shisha, but I noticed that the climate really changes the taste of cigs. The same pack tasted different when taken from Europe to Canada...
