Odd Question About The Tangiers Funnel Bowl

Are you only suppose to smoke Tangiers out of it? or can you load it up with any Shisha and get a good smoke session?

Tomorrow I will recieve my Tangiers Funnel Bowl and Nammor hose ... but the 4x Tangier flavor order I got a day later will come on Saturday, but I def want to try it the hose and bowl! Edited November 16, 2007 by Ooph

The funnel bowl works well with all shisha but its recommended that you use a mod for when your smoking anything non tangiers. If your smoking tangiers your not supposed to use the mod. I broke my mod and it smokes non tangiers shisha great.

Well I did not think of getting a "Mod" (I am guessing this is the glass screen?), is foil a bad idea?

Yeah, that's the mod. And foil works fine.

i smoke everything out my tangiers phunnel. i have a mod, i think its crap and dont use. everything has and does smoke fine for me

since i got a tangiers phunnel i`ve been using it non-stop, for tangiers and non-tangiers tobacco. and the mod mainly saves shisha. i used to think that it also prevented juices from running in the downstem, but today i found that is not the case. Edited November 16, 2007 by shisha fan

I swear by the mod in nearly every smoke I have you can use any tobacco but I recommend the mod when not using tangiers

i have done that, and it works fine. you have to make sure that you use less coal, because the mod draws more heat through the tobacco.

I had the worst smoking experience an hour or so ago...the Nammor hose had that plastic taste, the holes I made in the foil were not correct...the Al Fakher mango I had ...somehow lost its flavor after a period of time...I just cant wait to try the real shit tomorrow 1000 grams of Tangiers....

before you staring randomly packing the bowl look at ravyers video and read up about packing it. The first time i packed a bowl of tangeries i was coughing up a storm. Its good but it takes time to get it right.
