Weird Smell

so i was smoking with my girl today out of her mya acrilic mini. packed a bowl. tasted weird. packed another. tasted weird. so i took it apart, washed it with hot water, smelled the stem and it smelled like burnt ass! like it was very very bad smelling. we clean it the same and mine smells fine. I cleaned it with lemon juice after and the first wash and it still smelled. What do you all think is up? Solutions? (note: its just the stem/heart)

put foil around 1 end rubber band it on

then pour in vinegar and plug the other end shake that thing back and forth for a good minute or 2

Something is melted and stuck onto the metal pieces of the hookah. Just like how cheese on pizzas drips onto the toaster oven and burns.

Use those pipe cleaners, those spiraling thingies with plastic bristles. I think pipe cleaners was the word for it, I'm brain dead (at least zombies can't detect me).
