Hydroxycut?

No, especially to those who are still developing. A lot of people grow and lose their baby fat. A lot of these "drugs" will pump a body full of caffeine and neurological enhancing drugs that make people jittery. I'd just go to the doctor, start exercising, and then when people ask you about how you got so buff, you can tell them it is au naturale.

Nutrex Lipo 6 and Avant Labs Lipoderm Ultra do work. I can attest that they do help when cutting. Other than that most are complete crap and are in the process of being sued because said "doctors" are fake and people actually believe the crap they hear on TV.

thermogenic fat burners do work, but you are not going to loose weight without diet, exercise and supplementation. hydroxycut does work, but, its not going to make a 250lb fat ass into a ripped world class bodybuilder in 8 weeks. its great for cutting up if you don't have the time for the extra cardio or if you just need to drop a few for whatever.

they work by increasing your heart rate through caffiene and other natural stimulants, it also increases body temperature, which in effect boosts metabolism and your heart rate, which burns calories and makes the person perspire. so they do work, but not to the degree most people claim. i have seen a person loose 60lbs over a year using hydrocut. but he also works out 7 days a week...

Seems like this generation is getting lazier and lazier then wondering why they get fat. I get most of my exercise in at work climbing stairs and ladders with 40lbs of equipment hanging off me, its a good work out. I think you can basically eat whatever you want, but you have to exercise proportionally to how many calories you take in. If you eat a big Mac meal with 800 calories in it, you have to exercise at least 3 hours straight to completely burn it off, depending on the type of exercise you do. But if you eat a ham sandwich and some salad, you might only have to work out a third of that time to completely neutralize its effect. I try to take in about 2800-3000 calories a day because of the work I do. Double the exercise with a fast metabolism and I stay pretty close to my ideal weight. Granted, I could lose about 5lbs and be exactly where I want to be, but I'm ok with this. Everytime I get my blood pressure taken, it's less than it was before. I started off at about 130/85 in high school. Then when I got my job 2 months after graduation, it started to drop. Went down to 120/80, stayed there for about 6 months. Then it went down to 118/79. Then down to 115/79. This most recent one it went down to 113/75. I asked the woman administering the test if that was too low. She said that that was exactly where you would want it to be. 120/80 turns out to be a target blood pressure for people to aim at more than it is an ideal. I figure if my heart is healthy and my body looks ok, I dont need to change anything.

The only thing I can see that some of those pills are good for are the hunger supressing ones. I know personally that the main thing thats hardest for me to diet, is hunger, i can eat healthy, but fruits and vegetables aren't to great when your eating A LOT of them.

Changing the topic a bit, has anyone tried the Black Hole supplement? Anyone tried it? I used to work out a bit but b/c of my genetics it's so hard to gain weight, and I was never really hungry so maintaining a +1000kcal balance was really hard. And then I went travelling for 4 months, got back and saw that I lost every single gram of what I gained during the year and got discouraged in general.

Try a creatine cycle. Do A LOT of research. If you do it right and work out right, you will pack on great muscle weight. The only down side is constantly keeping your creatine intake high and once you stop you will shrink slightly.

not to mention the water weight gained.. for a good non-hormonal creatine, get Vitargo-CGL thats the best.

Watch out!
Here comes the best diet plan ever made!!!
OOO Im gonna put a spoiler tag...

Eat five balanced meals a day and exercise!

Cut down on junk food and beer, eat veggies, fruits, whole grains

5 balanced meals does not mean 5 dinner portions. It means small, fist sized portions.
And drink plenty of water.

careful with creatine it works when your on it but when you cycle off you will shrink down. The proper way to put on weight is to take in a large amount of healthy protein (Not Fried Chicken) and work out with more weight and less reps. Over a long period of time you will build muscle that will stay, not inflate them with water like creatine.

I'm testing something.
Upgrading my brain power.
Productive, it is.

Browsing this forum
Takes no brain power at all.
I upped the ante.

Now, I have to think.
My brain was in atrophy.
It's in reverse now.
