Does ma’assell smoke stink up your house?

So for the past few months I have only smoked my hookah outside, as the
weather has been warm, and it just feels good to sit out on the porch
and chill.  Fall is just around the corner, and I will be smoking
inside once the weather cools off.  My question is, do those of
you who smoke indoors regularly notice any odors that have made
permanent residence in your home?  I mean, I'm sure you've all
been inside the home of someone who smokes cigs, and it just friggin'
stinks to high heaven.  Just looking for a little info so that I
can (hopefully) reassure my wife that our home will not smell like a
fruit flavored ashtray come the rainy season.

well, my advice to you would be this: light your coals outside if they
are quicklight, and keep a window open, you shouldnt have a problem. My
room always smelled like ma'assel and turkish coffee.....it was
comforting.

From experience, its actually the coal and not the smoke or ma'assel that stinks up the house. The ma'assal itself doesn't usually leave an odor or strong unpleasant smell. The smoke itself smells quite pleasant actually.

My wife has allways complained on cigarettsmoke and when i (not so often)smoke a cigar but she never complain when i smoke my shisha-and my self hate the smell after a night with cigarette smoking but i never have that problem with shisha of course it smell but i doesnt smell bad - think the water take care of that bad nicotine smell - you all know how the water smell after a couple of bowls
and if you wanna try- it end your smoking session with some roseflavour- all women loves roses

BTW if anyone likes rose flavor as a mixer try this, put some rosewater
in your base, you can pick it up in any middle eastern grocery store or
market, and its cheap. Also try orange flower water too.

when i was out dating- well thats 15 years ago and if i had smoked anything with roses in with those girls i prob had got a kick on the nuts (use to hang around bikerclubs back then)-no its my wife that have made me the nice guy i am nowi have her to thank for many thing shes great (hope she read this)

I've never heard any negativity from people concerning ma'assel smoke...compliments, yes...negativity, no.

certain kinds will make your room smell so good it's almost worth the
smoke just for the smell, in particular, we had some blueberry stuff in
college and omg...just delicious.

haha. nice. i havent decided if i want to smoke in the house or not...
i think im gonna smoke in the garage.. since theirs a tv, frige, and
chair with a table.... downside, theres a whole bunch of sh*t to
clutter stuff up..... hahaha

I'd say that it would not...
It depends on what you call stink. I assume the sort of stink you are concerned about is the one where you check in to a Motel 6 room. That sickly stench of ciggy smoke that is undeniable.
I smoke cigarettes myself...... only I do not in my home. I only smoke the Nargile in the home and a pipe a few times a week. I never smell that funk nasty cigarette smell in my house.
Will it affect the way your home smells? Im sure it will to a degree depending on the person..... but not the way cigs will. my .02
