Right before you complete the order, there is a box that asks if you have any comments about this order. I told them I wanted red swirls on the bowl...is this enough for them to understand what type of bowl I wanted or should I contact them and reiterate that I wanted a red swirly bowl.

I think you're fine, but I would contact them just in case. It couldn't hurt. I just ordered a small glass phunnel bowl with green/gold swirl a week ago, and I e-mailed them just to make sure that everything would go through without a hitch.

I emailed them they said they are on it! ... I am pretty excited, soon I am getting the Mya Paragon and that would loook so sweet on it.
