you can smoke any tobacco in a phunnel, but you`ll have to pack it more loosely (or dense, if it is like nakhla)

I disagree...on the any tabacco...nakhla cant smoke worth shit in my phunnel...and the master JD himself cannot get it to smoke so I don't think its possible with nakhla.

Thanks man wink.gif

I personally struggle with nahkla in the funnel. I personally find that nahkla likes a lot of heat and seems to respond better to the more traditional style bowls. It's just my personal opinion of course.

However any of the wet tobacco's should perform well in a funnel bowl. I've never had Roman so i'm not sure of it's consistancy or performance. But give it a whirl.

Smoking Nakhla Pistachio out of a medium tangiers funnel as I type this... opaquely thick, white smoke. Using 2 2/3 golden quicklite coals. Wind cover use is key.

As far as I've tried, any tobacco will work as JD said. Romman works better than most because it's exceptionally juicy. Edited by gaia.plateau
