Calling All Shisha Pipe Experts. I've Lost The Attachment For The Bleeder Valve

Ok, I recently purchased two shisha pipes from egypt. I've come back and noticed that one of them seems to have something missing. I'm not overly familiar with shisha pipes so I'll try and explain as best as I can.

One of them is a large shisha pipe. The valve ( I think it's called an air release valve or bleeder valve) has no cover. I also keep reading about ball bearings,what are these ? I don't think I have them. The valve is just a hole into the glass bowl and that's it on my pipe. I want to sell it as I really don't need two but need to buy something maybe??? To fix it?

i think you mean the purge valve, you can buy those seperately (in all kinds of sizes). and the ball can be replaced with a bb gun pellet.

Use online help on Hookah-Shisha.com. They will talk you through replacement parts.

you can just put foil over the hole, you won't be able to clear the chamber but your pipe will be air tight

a 6mm BB is the perfect fit. i use them all the time for auto stops on my 3 hose pipe

What everyone else said is good advice, but I think you might be talking about something different - especially if these are local-made Egyptians. Can you post a picture please? That way we can better understand what you are talking about.
