guyt
I am somking right now and I noticed that everytime I take a hit the coal slides to the center of the bowl. I don't know why. The foil is very tight so I don't think there is a low point in the foil. But its really weird, it doesn't hurt the session but its annoying to move he coal every two hits back towards the edge. anyone seen this before? guyt
Its the 33mm coals, but they burnt halfway through. They got pretty small, but why would the coal move to the center?
Zildjian
they arent even round? jesus christ kid are you a wind tunnel? try making more holes around the edges perhaps...and stop inhaling like its your last breath enjoy it.
btuner
never had that problem. usually if they move someplace its to the outside of the bowl. maybe you are just teh vacuum lol
Geiseric
I have a friend who does that. He doesn't move them to the middle, but he makes them shake and move off the holes. Locks up the hoses every pull. Damn kids with their still functioning lungs. Edited December 4, 2007 by Geiseric
ahwahoo2006
The weight of the coals indents the foil and creates a slope that they can slide down. A metal screen can fix this (but I hate screens).

What have you been smoking Ha?
camelflage
stretch the foil tighter and the coal shouldnt have anywhere to go. the vibrations from the pull are whats causing it to slide, so its either eliminate the slope or eliminate the vibrations.
