Hs Account Pw Changed?

my password for hookah shisha account was changed for some reson. I spent about 20 minutes trying to log in to buy some shisha tonight with no luck finaly submited a pw request and it was changed to a verry stupid word that sounds like something the rich texan off the simpsons would have made up when drunk.

ok this is f*ed up hs wont accept my debit card now wtf.

I know I have the money in the bank and I just used it last week to order and they took it then and i know i had the money in the bank and they got paid for that order becuase i checked with the bank to find out when it went through.

ok I have never had a problem with hs before infact i love that site but the last couple weeks have made me sick of them and i am now on the look for a new site to order my shisha and accesseries from.

here is an email i sent hs outlining the problems i have had with them in the last couple weeks.

I have used your site sevral times without any problems infact you are my number one favorite site, but for the first time i am having problems with your service and even in placing orders.
1. i orderd my new hookah and some accecceries from you and it was not proccessed or shipped for about a week after i orderd i had to use your live help just to get my confermation number for this order becuase it was not sent to me.
2 my reward points did not show up again i had to use live help to get them.
3 I just tryed to place a $100 order and was declined on the same debit card i used to place my last order and i know the money is in the bank for this order and i know you got the money for the last order becuase i confermed it with the bank a few days ago. I now have to sign up at another website in order to get my shisha orderd tonight.
4. my password was changed from ###### to #######. what the heck is a ####### anyway?

I dont want to change where I buy my shiesha from but im afraid untill these issues are fixed I am left with no choice.






I edited out the passwords on #4 to read ###### otherwise that is word for word.

Whenever someone from the site adds reward points or "accesses" your account it changes the password. Ask me how I know =P

Just hit the link that sends ur password to your email. Or use the live chat or you can call them. They have great customer service.

already got the new pw but the point is they changed it then everything else ontop of that = very bad shopping exspiriance and loss of a customer who spends sevral hundred dollars a month. granted i havent orderd anything from them for the last 5 months or so besides my latest order becuase my last hookah was stolen and i was not ready to replace my old friend untill now. (funny how one can become attached to an inanimate obbject just the same as one can to a living being.)

K, all you have to do is talk to online help. Period. The whole process takes all of 10 minutes or less. This same hting has happened to me 5 or 6 times.

Thats sounds like a known problem they should fix as opposed to making the customer waste time getting straightened out every time.

Yes, I have had to get my password changed one time in the past, just talk to them, quick fix. Someone should find out why it happens though.

Sounds like a system glitch.

Most of these guys are Vendors or shop keepers, not internet programmers ect.

And unless they can pay for Webmasters it can be a problem.

I know it looks bad for you, but it all ended well. Sure it was a little bit of trouble, but most companies would have dropped you, trust me. Most are small and dont have time for you or too big to notice you. You still didnt fall through the cracks. I realize you're mad, but hookahs and shisha can wait and you could have waited. But instead you chose to order on a time basis, not protecting yourself from the possibility that they might process your order after the emails. I dont think it's fair to them or you to disregard all the other times you ordered from them focusing on this one incident where things didnt go quite as smoothly as they could have.

Always make sure you have the monetary funds to support twice the cost of your purchases when using debit cards. You are messing with set amounts of money and these arent like credit cards where they can add money to compensate for an over-charge. Once you are at Zero in a checking or savings account, there are no negatives without big consequences.

Over all? I think there was a foul on both sides and you should still order with them, but order after the holidays. Every business is busy as hell. I just squeaked in my order with hookah company this week. I'm not ordering anything until at least mid January.
