Nakhla Strawberry

I was running low on AF strawberry, so when I saw a Hookah lounge on
Ventura Blvd, I stoppped to see what they had. Only Nakhla. I thought
I'd try it.
Tobacco was drier than AF, and brown. I thought Strawberries were red.
It smelled like Artificial Strawberry Flavor, ala Welch's Strawberry
Soda.
I packed a bowl in my small Mya Gold Hookah. with the black Mya bowl
(perfect size and depth for a perfect smoke, I highly recommend them).
It took  twice as long as nornal ro the the smoke going, and gave
me maybe 60% the smoke density of AF Strawberry with the same setup.
With the added bonus of a distinct taste of isopropyl alcohol.
I rate this a... screw it, don't buy it. Check the sofa amd scrape up the extra 3$ for AF.

One needs to be careful with Nakhla strawberry. That is about some finicky massell. It will make you puke if under the influence of ouzo. It needs to be the freshest of the fresh. The longer it sits, the "dirtier" it tastes. Those boys in the shisha pits in Egypt, will make it taste like a slice of Paradise, which leads me to believe the stuff we get here is either old, lower export quality, or a combo of both.
