i think he means these: http://www.12moons.de/instant-lite-40mm-pi...42b611648aafcd3

they don`t light very well and leave a nasty aftertaste.

I beg to differ, i have tried these, 3 kings and swift -lite..and i think the belgian charcoal is far superior..
virtually no aftertaste after the quick light chemical has worn off ( as with all quicklights) .. and they light instantly

give them a try and see for yourself...

+1 to the previews review. i recommend them, too. When naturals is not an option, i use those. They take a bit longer than other QL but with a torch you can get them red hot in 10 secs. After the chemical is burnt off, it absolutelly no taste, smell or impact on the shisha. The ash stay on the coal until you knock it off, which makes them perfect for indoor use. Its the only QL i;ve had that has white ash, which means it's good quality product. If i had to choose QL for a lifetime, id choose these. they also come in airsealed bags so they are not affected by humidity or anything. realy good coal. 10/10 for QL

belgian charcoal instant lites.... dont wast your time or tobacco, bin it. so you know what it looks like http://www.belgiancharcoal.com

My wife and i just baught Shisha online along with some 3-kings coals. they called us and said that they were out of 3-kings and that they could substitute Belgian coals instead. they said that it was the same as 3-Kings and that it was "popular in europe." We agreed, so they hooked us up with some free honey-berry SB. i think like 100g. The package hasn't arrived yet, but when i get a chance to try it, i'll find out whether or not it's as bad as you say. i'm not that picky, so i'm sure it'll be okay. if not, whatev. at least we got some free shisha, right? cool.gif

I guess I will be the one reviewing these. I have some comming in this week. I usually use Stargate Naturals, but I have run out and have been using 3k's for the time being. It sounds like its pretty popular over in the Euro area.
