thecoalition
Ya know I like the fact that I own some gorgeous hookahs and some of my accessories are beautiful as well. However, I hate the plain tongs that everyone carries, even the bigger ones that are labeled "fancy"Does anyone know where to get some better looking tongs? Perhaps you have some friends with relatives in the middle east or something? I would just like to upgrade my 4 or 5 pairs of plain and "fancy" tongs to a really original set. All the websites carry the same ones so let me know.
avtomat
I personally like mya style tongs, dunno where you can find them, but they can beat any of those crappy metal ones anyday...

Snoopy1966
I just received these tongs today from the Hookah Co.http://www.hookahcompany.com/hookah_tongs_22_ctg.htmI got the first pair in silver. Very nice, sturdy, it feels like you have something real in your hands. I will still my old tongs for lighting the QL's. These new ones work nice to ash and scrap anything off the bowl. erufiku
Victoria's Secret...Oops, I guess not that type I've seen a pair that I was tempted to buy but they were designed for cooking actually. With wooden handles... Check a kitchen accessory store?

oolatec
I hate the MYA style tongs... coals always slip out of them. Nothing wrong with the plain serrated ones. At least those have grip.
Geiseric
Indeed, tongs without ridges can be quite problematic, especially when you are setting up multiple coals and you need to align them just right. I would like to see a scissors styled tongs designed for hookah, with ridges and a more elongated shape. I have one that I usually use, bent into a longer shape that works ok. ASUSEAN1
sinbad sent me some badass tongs that had a pretty cool design. i would try contacting them
Snoopy1966
Yeah now after using the Mya tongs, I am not impressed. They look nice, but they are a pain to grab the coals. Maybe I need some practice with them. You can easily pick up the coal with the whole blade to move it around
