Alfakheronline Problem

I received my tobacco order earlier this week, and have been trying to email and phone them with a problem and they don't seem to be replying or picking up the phone sad.gif

The box I received had US Customs tape on it to indicate it was checked before it left the USA. There was a big cut alongside the mint box and the knife they must have used to open the box has pierced right into the molasses bag causing it to leak everywhere and dry up during transit. In addition to this, my orange is missing and there are two grape tubs instead.




^ That is what I am trying to tell them, and it has been 4 days but still no reply sad.gif

I had no reply from them too, but my order went smoothly.

Before I placed the order, I my calls were answered and my emails replied to... but nothing after I received my order sad.gif

What do you guys think they will do to solve my problem? It would be pretty stupid for me to send the tobacco back, as I am all the way in the UK :/

I have not touched the extra grape or the mint, but have started smoking the rest - lovely biggrin.gif Edited by hshah
