tabloid
Well I checked global gas prices and in Venezuela the cost of gas is $0.12/gallon Also heard that the Venezuean government offered the US gas and our "great" president Bush refused to do business with that government. How stupid is that? Mr. Bush is willing to send our teenage boys to their death in Irag but won't do all that is necessary to help our gas prices. I sure hope all you "Americans" who voted for Bush get your payback! All of you deserve to pay high gas prices.

Vlax
Do you guys know what the Iraqs get for gas $.10(US) gallon which is fine cause they are a major oil producing nation or should be if they'll quite blowing up their own line, but anyways my point is . That are are not buying from there oil refineraries. They are buying from the US who buying the oil from Halaburten, and his company is charging the U.S. govn't something like $2.75(US) a gallon. And we are charging the Iraqis $.10 a gallon. And that was like 8 months ago....well at least that is what i read in the paper....take it for what you want. HEY!! Mr. Bush 'bout some of that releif for your own people.... When I was last in Grand Caymon gas was $5 a gallon and that was 4 years ago.

cypress
My foot has been like a feather these days. I use to get about 23 out of my accord. Now that I have been alot more carefull I have been gettting closer to 28. That gives me about 75 more miles to go on a tank.
jmexx
When I bought my Jetta, I was really debating between VR6 and 1.8T. I was really close to buying the VR6 thinking that the gas prices wouldn't go up THAT much! Fortunately I stuck with the 1.8T. Plenty of power but oh so good on gas! The beauty of a turbo-charged engine Jon
cypress
I have 2 accords one 01 thats a 1.8 and 05 thats a 3.2. Amazingly I waste less gas on the V6. The 4 banger has to work harder to keep up. Its hard to baby a 4 banger on such a heavy car.

MR Bubble
My old 97 VR6 could manage between 28 and 30 mpg IF I drove like a little old church lady. Damn, how I miss that car. MR Bubble, still mourning the loss.
