Music To Go With Your Hookah

Recommended Posts

I like any relaxing music. I normally listen to alot of Jam band stuff and things with a middle eastern sound. I love sitar music, Ravi Shankar is one of my favorites.

I've been listening to "Thievery Corporation" alot lately. Great music, super relaxing. If anyone wants a sample or to download it just let me know and I'll upload some.

P.S Sorry if this thread is a remake, I'm new

Umm, actually my friends and I have been really into beat boxing and freestyle battling while smoking. I end up as the beatmaster almost always, cause i'm just great, and absolutely rancid at whipping raps out my ass.

Jedi Mind Tricks still has my hookah-smoking heart though. Cause in my historical oracle, i blast metaphorical..
And i bring the gory oratory, yes demorally derogatory, mad expository expedition in your auditory....

So....

I like the classic Rock, Blues, Oldies, some 80's music. I still love the old music the best.
My fav would have to be The Who....Yes the 1966 in my username stands for the year I was born! ohmy.gif

Arabic music is also a must to listen too even if I do not understand but a few words.

The ulitimate chill.....Pink Floyd cranked in Surrond Sound

You've seen The Who live, right??? There's nothing better than standing on your chair and pounding your fist yelling "We're all WASTED!" and then Pete rams on his mighty axe...

Yes I have seen The Who 3 times live. 2 times in Chicago when it was there 'Farewell Tour' in 1882 I do believe. Then I saw them at Alpine Valley hear in Wisconsin in.....I can not think of the year, but they were awesome. It had to be before the 90's. They palyed after the Dead did their stay, so it was quite the experience. They had a full orchestra with extra keyboards, guitars and a hot little percussionist that was a blast to watch. Simon Philips was amazing on the drums. Of course Pete....is well.... Pete. He freakin' rocks no doubt about it. The Ox just did he usual..stand there and play bass guitar like no other. Roger always full of energy and still has a great voice. I wish I could have seen Moon play the drums live. I have many DVD's of The Who in their early days. Live at The Isle Of Wight is simply amazing.

Yes Baba O'Reily is a staple of The Who. The concert would not be complete with ou it cool.gif
