D-jay Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 there are knock off al faker grape products in the market and they are mainly the gold ones. i am not sure if you can tell if there is a difference from the package and i am not sure if the sites you all deal with, bring in those products because they are cheaper.i have never heard of a bad batch of al fakher grape but it sounds like you guys are not getting the original product cause this thing happened to me before. the taste was so bad that i kept on changing the tops thinking that it was from my shisha. My first experience with AF Grape and I can see why it's a fav of many here.From the reports, I didn't know what to expect. Very happy it was positive. AF packs the 1 kg in a green plastic that seals the container with the AF logo on it. the fake one doesnt have it. the fake one also says made in KSA where as AF is made in the UAEI am not sure where everybody else gets theirs but this is just a possibility. i am not saying AF sells fake products of their products lol. KM_TACTIC Posted July 7, 2008 Share Posted July 7, 2008 YUP and lookout for AJMAN-UAE...its kind of suck to see fake tobacco in the market, especially the good ones.I'm in Malaysia and i always bought 50 gram AF mint...but it always taste like shit...so one day i decided to contact the distributor of AF through www.alfakher.comand he told me to read out everything that is printed on the 50gram box...when it comes to "DUBAI"...he stoped me and told me that the real AF is from AJMAN...and he doesnt bring in 50gram AF into malaysia since most of his client always asked for free 50 gram pack as sample...lolso thats it. Dated february 2008, and should last until february 2010 (if not opened ofc). Anyways, was really disappointed to find out that I got the ketchup-tasty-tobacco :/.
