resixpromo
I just bought a new mya and its been fine up until the last 2 days. For some reason after its going for a while, every time I hit it the hose feels and sounds like water is bubbling into the hose. I have tried bringing the water level down but it doesnt seem to help any. Any suggestions?

How long have you had the mya and that hose? It might be a sign that the hose is getting a bit old?JD

I tried to purge mine today and found that the ball was stuck, but it felt like I was smoking some sort of moisture in the hose for a bit after that. I cleaned the purge valve bearing and set it back in there and didnt have a problem again with that this last session.
Snoopy1966
I think also a factor in this is smoking a lot through the day. If you do not take your hose off and blow it out and hang it up to dry this could be a problem. The older they get, this is what happens. I had a similar problem and my hose was wet on the outside even.

resixpromo
I have an 26" acrylic mya. I just got it about a month ago so its not old. I will have to try cleaning the purge valve and see if that helps.
