We talked one time on the phone for maybe 3 hours and you could hear him in the backgroung cooking up new shisha experiments. He's probably the most knowledgable person I've spoken to when it comes to hookah tobacco. He also helped me greatly with getting my site started by giving me the right contacts to get this idea off the ground.It sounds like he is really busy now but all for the better.
