I have that exact same vase as a replacement / spare vase.

I've been impressed with the stuff from shisha-king. IT's good quality. Especially for the uk.

I also have to recommend HookahShop.co.uk even though I have not received my order yet. I am expecting it tomorrow, but the run up to placing my order I was in email communications with them and I have to say that I think their customer service is one of the best I have ever seen from any retailer.

For example, I was considering buying their phunnel copy and I was asking the guy about it, and he was honest with me. He told me that it wasn't a bad product, but there were some improvements that could be made and that he would advise I buy after the updated version is released.

I also asked about the two types of bowls designed to stop the foil curving due to the weight of the coals - they were too similar to tell the difference online, so the guy said that if I bought one he would send the other for free

I am as excited as a child at Christmas, waiting for my order to arrive tomorrow
