I commend him for it. Thomas seemded cool from day 1 is why we hookad him up so well in the first place. Heres The new review from Thomas:"Neals a good guy as he did send out a shit load of free stuff to people. Recently I just made an order with him for a mya qt with the works. I talked to him over on the chat and he offered me an amazing deal. Problem comes with shipping.. it took over a week for the package to come compared to his free exotica coals that came in under 5 days. Although the shipping took longer than I had hoped( but thats alright since it was around the holidays), the package came and the item was great. overall definitely order from here! I spent a couple hours on this sale dude. You know how long it takes in the shop to close a deal for a Mya QT? As long as it takes to fire up a fresh coal if theres not a bowl running. I have no problem at all fixing mistakes, Talking with people to make sure the picked item is right for them. But dude you are ordering at the slowest time of the year to get anything. The shipping was free and ground. I rushed it as fast as I got paid. What else can you ask for.?!I have to ask "sketchy info about worldhookah"? Well as for shipping Its after Christmas so shipping will be fast accross the USA again. BUt then theres the part thats being over looked. Will we take another order from you again? Probably not. Honestly we can`t please everyone but to get bashed for Usps shipping that was free at Christmas time? Yea I don`t think we will welcome your return business anyways. Canon Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 to work with someone on the phone for over 5 minutes to make the person happy shows some dedication..to complain that your package didnt arrive fast enough when you didnt have to pay for shipping (i assume you got a tracking number, but could be wrong) and you already got some free coals, and you worked him down from the retail price. i dont know.. maybe next time work it out with the vender, get a little intel then if its still "sketchy" then complain about it. Shipping always takes longer during the holidays. Every time I order from Neal I get my stuff super fast and I'm on the other side of the country. If everything came in good shape, why are you bashing? I think you just need to get over yourself and chill out. Neal does not have bad shipping habits, and the sketchy info came from haters. I used UPS Ground and it took 11 days which was to be expected. I'm sorry but for free shipping especially around the holidays, you weren't expecting your order to arrive within a few days were you??? As for World Hookah telling him he is no longer welcome to shop at his place of business is rather childish considering all he had to do was address it with his customer not make some big public scene. Doesnt matter if the shipping was free or paid for, it was a deal that was offered and a customer has a right to his opinion on the vendor reviews. All I said was he is entitled to his review and if this happens everytime someone doesnt like their review and decides they will refuse service because of that review then shut down the review forums because they wont do any good.
