You wont (from what everyone and their mom has said on this forum) notice a huge difference in smoking a cheap Egyptian as opposed to say a high priced Mya or AF or MZ if you manage your heat correctly. I think honestly you should probably smoke the ones you have for a while and then decide on another hookah at some point if thats what you want to do. They can be exoanded to 4 hose on most models and best of all no need to cover the end of the excess hoses. How can you go wrong this way. Leave one hose with out a bearing and the fun is endless blowing smoke in unsuspecting smokers faces as well as the extra vavles work as purge valves. For Multiple hose hookahs myas are the way to go for sure. And if you mean hookah shisha Syrians.. Yuck.. people have only had bad experiences with those. They smoke fine, but you can WAYY better quality Egyptians or Myas for the price of a multi-port Syrian. But i woudl reccomend an Egyptian or Bambino for a one-hosed hookah over anything.
