ZenSilk
I just want some Swedish Scientists to do a study. They do studies on every other damn thing. I'm not gonna trust Mayoclinic or the New York Times. I've stated how i see hookahs smoke a ton of times. My main argument is if it's not harsh as fuck, and the smoke is pure white, then it's not as bad for you naturally.
chromecarz00
QUOTE (ZenSilk @ Jan 5 2008, 10:32 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I just want some Swedish Scientists to do a study. They do studies on every other damn thing. I'm not gonna trust Mayoclinic or the New York Times. I've stated how i see hookahs smoke a ton of times.Thank you. Although Im not Swedish I am going to be as impartial as possible. Plus I own a Volvo, so I think that gives me an edge So far I've seen that (obviously) there is a demand for it. Next step is determining how to conduct, specifically, what kind of materials. What brand of cigs, cigars, and shisha. Im opening that up to the forum, so give me some reccomendations. I think the best would be the most commonly smoked of each, so try and give me that rather than your personal favorite flavor. I am going to do an analysis of the actual tobacco, what it is smoked out of (shisha out of a hookah, cigarette out of the cigarette paper, etc), and what the gaseous form contains (after it is lit and smoked, what remains). Any suggestions?
Elky
I agree that the most comonly smoked should be the subject of the tests. For cigars you should include both cheepos at the gas station and finer ones. For cigarettes, I have no clue as to which brand you should use. As far as shisha is concerned you should try both washed and unwashed. For unwashed I would have to assume Naklah is the most common, and as far as washed I ahve no clue (Al Fakher?). Thats my opinion, for what its worth.
