Canon Posted January 4, 2008 Share Posted January 4, 2008 So...........I had the package with my 32" tri metal km and my girls 28" mya sent to my future mother in laws place..call it karma, call it bad luck but yesterday i was joking on how kathryns mother would leave for 20 minutes and fedex would decided to deliver at the same time...JOKE COME TRUE. she left the house to pick up my girls birthday cookie. fedex came and then left, her brother who was at the house at that time was sleeping and woke up whenever the fedex dude was leaving.i called 3 people trying to get my package somehow (meeting the driver, coming in after hours, re deliver) all with no success..i had a hookah party planned at a nice hotel tonight.. it was going to be awesome smoking out of 2 new hookahs, but thats down the drain now. ill have to use my old hookahs. You think if they come deliver and im not there the first and second time they would try and deliver later in the day.. no lol. Three days in a row i come home to the little slip on my door. The last time around I forgot to give them my apartment number, so I had to wait an extra 2 days to get the package.I'm glad I only have to worry about it with the pipes and PC components most of the time, since I don't usually have to order shisha or coals. I live in a safe apartment building and I always leave a note on my door to tell them to leave the package by the door. I also put the date on the note with my signature and my name printed.
