Grand Marnier Bottle, Diy Base?

Recommended Posts

I've got a 1.75 liter Grand Marnier bottle for anyone who's into making their own bases. Fool your friends into thinking you can afford the stuff! The front lable is worn and the wax seal is broken, but the top and back labels are fine. I've rinsed it with water, but this'll probably need a decent cleaning out before use. I got it very cheaply from the restaurant I work at, intending to use it as a base, but... let's face it. I'm too lazy to make my own hookah. So, if anyone wants it, its up for grabs. Whatever you're willing to pay, I'll accept, plus the cost of shipping, which I will find out tommorow, hopefully. I'd like to get at least five dollars besides shipping, as that's what I paid for it. I'd also be happy to trade for some nice shisha. I'd like to try some more Tangiers, any kind of Starbuzz, or something decent from Al Fakher.

Still, yeah. This thing hold a lot of fluid, and if cleaned up, would look pretty damn fancy. You could even remove all the labels. The only markings in the glass are:
"Marque Depossee
Marnier-Lapostolle
Made in France"

Seems like a shame just to throw the stuff in the garbage. It's a beautiful bottle. I just have nowhere to keep it.

It would make a nice base. The only think I'm kinda shocked about is that your employer(i assume a resturaunt) made you pay for something they were prob gonna throw out anyway...

He was going to keep it. We've got a cement wall out in the garden thats lined with wine bottles, and he wanted to do a similar thing with liquor bottles for one of the planters. Besides, I offered. I just saw it and "!. I'll give ya five bucks for it." Such is the danger of drinking while at work.
