Starbuzz

I got a sample of X on the beach from a friend and it was OK nothing to rave about. I would say it is drippy messy with juice and definately overpriced (if I had paid for it LOL)!

any one else have a opinion?

Well I usually pick and choose my fav flavors from dif companys. Starbuzz is like the candy flavors....there are some i like and some i dont like. But honestly its way way over priced, retail around $20.00 and in some places alot more, but yes it is good stuff.

honestly i would hate to spend 20 dollars on a flavor i never tried and ended up not liking it. And its not like the 100g are any better..its 10 bucks for it, i can spend that 10 on something else and get 250g. My advice go to a lounge, sample some flavors there, or try some of a freinds..if you like it...then go buy it.

i am sorry u didnt like x on the beach..i love that stuff

I like Starbuzz's flavors but like everyone's been saying, $20.00 is too much. The review section of the forum will give you a good idea of what's popular and what's not. I only picked up Starbuzz a few months ago, and before that, I was feeding into the hype. I bought 4 flavors, Sweet Apple, Fuzzy Navel, Blueberry Grape, and Blue Mist(Blueberry Mint), and I like all of those flavors. But being that they are $20.00 a pop, it's hard to make sense on buying 1 250g of 1 brand when you can get double the amount of two different brands for the same price.

I spent $80.00 on 4 cans of Starbuzz... which ended up being more expensive than my new Khalil Mamoon hookah.

Be happy you're not in Canada... the CHEAP tobacco here is $15 for about 40g... which is almost $100 for 250g. I recently discovered thats for Al Fakher... scale it up for the price difference to Starbuzz, and it would be around $150 here for a 250g tin (IF I could find it anywhere).

That's serious taxes!!!!! In Arizona I know where to buy Al Fakher for $7.99 per 250g tub and Starbuzz for $18.99 per 250g tub. You ought to come to the states, stalk up on the goods, and go back to Canada with them.

Yeah I've been thinking about it but legally I can't bring more than 200g back with me at a time, and to do that I have to stay a minimum of 2 days out of the country (so no back and forths). But yes Canon, you should smuggle some shisha into Canada smile.gif

Nobody ever really checks people visiting the country, only returning. You could probably bring up a suitcase full and make yourself a tidy profit, I know I'd buy a few kilos off you.

DIE STARBUZZ!

j/k

I'm not a huge fan of Starbuzz. Granted, I've only tried maybe 5 or 6 of their flavors, but they've all been pretty average. They haven't done anything to stand out above the other brands in my experience. That could be due to the Starbuzz being my friends', though, since I have no desire to pay $20 for a 250g tin, so I don't get to choose the flavors I try. I like Al Fakher and Layalina personally.

starbuzz is mediocre.
its above nahkla ill say that.
but its over-priced, has very little flavor unless you prefer super sweet/perfume-y type smokes.
ive tried all their flavors and can honestly say...i would never buy it.
i stick to af, havana, and tangiers

They have some good flavors... Lemon Tea as already mentioned, the Pumpkin Pie, and Peaches & Cream are my faves from SB so far.

I seem to always gravitate back to AF Orange though. Probably my fave of all brands/flavors I have tried so far.

i love starbuzz. i also love al fakher but ive been reading about a lot of quality control issues with them lately.
i dont smoke hookah very often so i dont mind spending the $20 per 250g.
three tins of starbuzz can probably last me a year.

i htink that they have those flavors that you just can't replicate by mixing, like Peaches N Cream and Lemon Tea.

You think you can, but you can't smile.gif

i only buy SB's different flavors, cause i know i could get something like Pharaohs Peach tasting basically as good as White Peach SB (with some basic flavor differences).
